Return to School

12th June 2020

Meadlands has now been open for Key Worker children plus Years 6 and 1 for the past two weeks. Our Reception children joined us on the 10th June. So what is it like to be back at school? Were the children nervous? Do they understand the importance of the new rules? Well, when you have a question, the best people to answer it are ... the children. So please watch our First Fortnight short film:

(please note, click on the green words above, this will take you to the film clip. It is different to the embedded film below!)

On 1st June 2020 Meadlands will re-open for a phased return of our children. We have changed some things at school to make it as safe and secure as possible for you to come back. There will be changes to you drop off and pick up, your classroom and even your teacher!

We would like you to be as ready for school as possible so to help you prepare please watch the short video below. If you have any further questions you can send these to your class teacher by email.

The letter Mrs McGeoch wrote to your parents, which has a lot of detail as to how school will run, can be found here.
