Meadlands Primary School Nursery Re-Build
On this page you will find the proposed designs for the new Nursery at Meadlands’ Primary School which have been developed by the Local Authorities Design Consultants with input from the school. The existing nursery building has reached the end of its serviceable life and funding has been secured through the Council’s Condition Programme to re-build it.
The existing Nursery will be demolished, and the new Nursery will be re-built in the same location.
Elevation D shows the view of the nursery from Broughtons Avenue and you will see we are proposing to have a new pedestrian entrance for the Nursery.
Elevation A is adjacent to the boundary fence with the neighbouring property, Elevation B opens out onto the dedicated Nursery play space and Elevation C faces the Reception classroom.
The materials will be a combination of brick and cedral panels Cedral Click - Cedral and there will be a green roof along with photovoltaic panels.
We would welcome any feedback on these design proposals before the planning application is submitted in January 2021. Please email any feedback, queries or concerns to Claire Briggs, Project Manager from The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames to email@example.com.
The consultation closes at 5pm on Thursday 24th December.
