Pupil Voice is integral to the School Development and decision making. Each year our pupils are invited to apply for a Junior Leadership post. They get to choose from a range of leadership subjects and interests. Pupils must complete a job application (see below) and then be interviewed by staff. Successful candidates go on to work alongside staff throughout the year. They are involved in action planning, meeting governors and visitors, policy development and sharing information with the rest of the school through assemblies and presentations.
