Fund-raising

Thanks to the efforts of our parents, staff and community Meadlands United raised £22,105.13 for the school between 20 April 2023 - 31 July 2025. Financials for this Financial year (01 August 2025 - 31July 2026) will be reported in the Treasurers Annual Report expected in July 2026.

We'd LOVE you all to get involved in creating and delivering events, please email us if you have an idea for an event and/or you would be willing to run something. There are a couple of other ways you can also raise money for the PTFA and benefit the school and its pupils.

1. Fund-raise whilst you shop

Sign up to easyfundraising.org.uk. Big brands have partnered with easyfundraising.org.uk, the UK's biggest charity fundraising website to give back to schools: when someone shops online with them, they give back a percentage of your shopping to our PTFA - for free. It's like a cashback site. You start your shopping on the site or app, search for Meadlands United and start saving!

2. Regular giving

MU uses NatWest Community banking which is completely free for small charities. You can set up a standing order to donate regularly, as little as the cost of a cup of coffee on a monthly basis. These types of micro contributions can really add up over the year, and make a big difference to the experience of children at Meadlands School.

3. Event Support

Simply by attending and supporting our events you are supporting the PTFA. We have moved to a new purchasing platform called Zeffy. Please use this in future for booking tickets or donating uniforms. Zeffy clickable link
